Guests may cancel their reservation at any time by contacting us via email.

To process a cancellation, guests must include their:

• Full name
• Booking or order number
• Check-in date

2. Refund Policy

Our refund conditions depend on the timing of the cancellation:

• 30 days or more before arrival:
  A 30% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
• Less than 30 days before arrival:
  No refund will be issued.

3. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not cancelled in advance, this is considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Early Departure

No refunds are provided for early departure once check-in has been completed.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is applicable:

• It will be processed using the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
• Any transaction fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted
