2. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is only confirmed once:

  • The booking has been successfully submitted
  • You receive a written confirmation via email

We reserve the right to decline bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g. availability errors, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud).

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard times:

  • Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
  • Check-out: until 10:00 (10:00 AM)

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Treat the apartment with care
  • Respect house rules provided before arrival
  • Avoid causing disturbance to neighbors
  • Not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the booking

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

5. Payments

Payment terms depend on the selected booking method.

Payments may be processed via secure third-party providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

The full amount or a deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the rate selected during booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Free cancellation may be available up to a specified period before arrival
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge up to the full booking amount

7. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors:

  • No parties or events are allowed
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas (if applicable)
  • Quiet hours must be respected (typically 22:00 – 08:00)
  • Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment

Violation of house rules may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Damages caused by misuse of the property
  • Interruptions caused by external factors (e.g. utility outages, internet provider issues)

Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Power or infrastructure failures
